Adjust User Balances
It's important to note a few things before adjusting user balances.
- If you reset a campaign budget, the new user starting balance will apply only for people that register AFTER the change is made. So, if you're updating your budget and haven't invited users yet - they'll be all set once they register!
- Current user balances, however, will NOT automatically update, and in this case, you will need to adjust a user's balance manually.
- If you have multiple campaigns, users have a per-campaign balance - be sure you adjust their balance for the right campaign.
Now that all the disclaimers are out of the way, it's simple to adjust individual user balances :)
- Select the campaign from Idea Campaigns in the top navigation bar.
- Click on the Manage Balances button.
- You'll see your list of users, and next to each, an Adjust button under the Current Balance column.
- From there, you can add or remove funds.
